SUMMARY:
A well-established and reputable manufacturing company based on the West Rand is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Graduate Accountant to join their dynamic finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate eager to gain hands-on experience and grow within a fast-paced industrial environment.
POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily accounting functions, including journals and reconciliations
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes
- Prepare and maintain financial records in compliance with company policies
- Assist with accounts payable and receivable functions
- Participate in budgeting and forecasting activities
- Ensure accurate data capturing and reporting
- Provide general administrative support to the finance department
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Strong academic record
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
