My client seeks a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Accountant to join their finance team. This role is ideal for someone with a solid foundation in accounting who is ready to grow their career in a dynamic environment.
Minimum Requirements:
- Completed finance qualification (Diploma/Degree in Accounting/Finance)
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a finance role
- Strong knowledge and practical experience up to trial balance
- Proven ability to handle monthly reconciliations and assist with financial statements
- Hands-on experience with Xero accounting software
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records
- Perform monthly reconciliations and ensure compliance with reporting deadlines
- Assist in drafting and reviewing financial statements
- Support the finance team with day-to-day accounting tasks
- Ensure accuracy, efficiency, and confidentiality in all financial processes
