About The Role
Remote Recruitment is seeking a motivated Junior Account Manager to support UK-based clients in managing their accounts and maintaining strong client relationships. This is a fantastic entry-level opportunity — no prior experience is required, and full training will be provided to help you succeed in the role.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a point of contact for client accounts and address queries promptly
- Assist senior account managers in preparing reports and presentations
- Track account activity and update CRM systems with accurate information
- Schedule and coordinate client meetings and follow-ups
- Support upsell and retention activities for existing client accounts
Requirements
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Organised, proactive, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable with technology and basic office tools (email, spreadsheets)
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
- No prior experience required — training and mentorship provided
