As part of our regional expansion strategy, we are seeking experienced, entrepreneurial, and results-driven Country Managers to lead operations in key African markets.

🔷 Position Overview
The Country Manager will establish, lead, and scale JUMLAX operations within their assigned country, with full commercial and operational responsibility.

🔷 Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute national growth and market-entry strategies
• Build strategic partnerships with suppliers, buyers, banks, and logistics providers
• Ensure regulatory compliance and local operational alignment
• Drive revenue growth and market penetration
• Represent JUMLAX in high-level commercial engagements
• Recruit and lead local operational teams when required

🔷 Requirements
• Proven experience in B2B trade, logistics, fintech, commodity trading, or digital marketplaces
• Strong commercial network within the country of application
• Leadership and negotiation expertise
• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong execution ability
• Fluency in English (Arabic and/or French depending on country)
