JD: Local Delivery Manager (LDM) end to end Roles and responsibilities.
- Technical Knowledge: Understanding of network technologies such as SD-WAN, MPLS, DSL, VPN, and lease lines, as well as telecom hardware like routers and modems.
- Experience: Typically requires 15 + years of experience in local telecommunications or project coordination, though networking-focused freshers may be considered for some levels.
- PMP, Safe Agile Certified
- Education: A degree in Telecommunications, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Soft Skills: Strong organizational, planning, and customer-facing skills with a "can-do" attitude and the ability to work under pressure.
- Language: Fluency in English is mandatory.
Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- LDMs are measured on their ability to meet or exceed:
- Customer Satisfaction (CSAT/NPS).
- Database Accuracy: Maintaining precise updates in provisioning databases.
- Quality of First-Time Installation: Ensuring services work correctly from the initial setup.
