Job Responsibilities
- Project Implementation: Responsible for network security and IT project implementation for factories, trading branches, and warehouses within the assigned area.
- Network Management: Responsible for network security for factories, trading branches, and warehouses within the assigned area; network planning and deployment; liaising with network operators to ensure normal network access; monitoring network traffic usage; and liaising with administrative departments to ensure timely prepayment of network fees.
- Hardware Management:
i) Manage the hardware of the assigned branch office, such as network switches, monitoring equipment, routers, PCs, and laptops, ensuring normal operation and adequate backup resources;
ii) As a Level 2 desktop maintenance personnel, handle common desktop maintenance needs;
iii) Collaborate with the company's construction team to complete the installation and management of CCTV and data monitoring systems, and assign tasks to personnel;
- Data Centre Management: Arrange personnel to patrol and inspect the data centre, and conduct regular spot checks to ensure the data centre is clean, dust-free, well-ventilated, and has adequate heat dissipation;
- Training and Management of External Personnel: 1) Provide hardware knowledge, network knowledge, and other hardware skills training to both Chinese and external personnel; manage subordinates' work, develop work plans and summaries, report to superiors, and ensure personnel workload is adequate;
Qualification
1. Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Networking or related field
2. Five years or more of relevant work experience in a similar position
3. Proficient in computer operating systems and network-related knowledge
