This is a full-time REMOTE position offering R15,000-R25,000 per month.

About Us

Elomark Limited is a UK‑based Demand and Revenue Generation agency working with global leaders in IT and cybersecurity. We design and run sophisticated outbound sales campaigns across EMEA, NAM, LATAM, and JAPAC.

As our client demand grows, we are expanding our Sales Development team with experienced, long‑term Sales Developers who want to build a serious career in international B2B technology sales.

Position Overview

We are looking for proven Sales Development professionals who are confident operating in high‑value, outbound‑led environments, engaging senior IT stakeholders and consistently generating qualified pipeline.

You will be responsible for front‑line outbound prospecting across international markets, representing some of the world’s most respected technology and cybersecurity brands.

What You’ll Do

  • High‑Volume, High‑Quality Outbound Prospecting: Execute structured outbound calling and multi‑touch outreach to IT decision‑makers across international accounts.
  • Industry Engagement: Hold professional conversations with C‑level & senior stakeholders to discuss cutting edge tech solutions, IT infrastructure, Cyber Security, Networking, and Managed Services.
  • Campaign Execution & Collaboration: Work closely with Campaign Managers, Account Managers, and client sales teams to deliver measurable pipeline impact.
  • Market & Technical Insight Gathering: Capture meaningful insight on enterprise environments, technology stacks, and security posture to strengthen campaign outcomes and enhance market strategies.

Requirements

  • Experience: 2–4+ years’ current or recent experience in a Sales Development / BDR / SDR role. With experience selling or supporting sales in B2B IT, Cyber Security, Networking, Cloud, or Managed Services.
  • Demonstrable outbound lead generation experience (cold calling is a core requirement).
  • Communication: Excellent verbal skills in English (neutral accent). Strong preference: Spanish (Highly Preferred), French (Beneficial), Italian (Beneficial), Arabic (Beneficial)
  • Self-Discipline: Driven, with demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote environment, and a track record of meeting or exceeding outbound activity and pipeline targets.
  • Tech Skills: Proficient with CRM tools, MS Office, and a strong understanding of networking concepts and how enterprise IT organisations operate.
