Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Investor Relations Specialist role based in Cairo. The Investor Relations Specialist will manage communication with current and prospective investors, prepare investor presentations and reports, and support the organization of investor meetings, conferences, and roadshows. The role includes monitoring financial and market performance, analyzing data to provide insights on company positioning, and collaborating with finance and leadership teams to develop clear, accurate investor materials. The specialist will draft and review investor-focused content such as fact sheets, Q&A documents, and updates, ensuring consistency with the company’s brand and regulatory requirements. The position also involves staying informed about industry trends and competitor activity to support informed discussions with stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in finance and investments, with the ability to interpret financial statements and market data.
- Demonstrated experience in investor relations, including managing investor communications and supporting fundraising or capital markets activities.
- Excellent analytical skills, with the capacity to translate complex information into clear, concise insights for diverse audiences.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional and confident presentation style.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CFA level progress) are a plus.
- High level of attention to detail, accuracy, and organization when preparing documents and analyses.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior leadership in a fast-paced environment.
- Interest in or experience with the health, wellness, or consumer goods sector is advantageous.
