Job Summary
To drive the development of the Wealth and Investments business by providing support to internal distribution, IFAs and their own network.
To manage private client full discretion and non-discretion bespoke portfolios.
Responsibilities
- Conduct research to uncover investment related insights
- Develop, encourage and nurture collaborative relationships within FNB and/or across the FRG
- Continuously assess own performance, seek timely and clear feedback and request training where appropriate
- Continuously focus on providing optimal services and improving service delivery processes to meet or exceed customer expectations
Ideal Candidate
- Establish mutually beneficial relationships with stakeholders that support thought leadership, innovative and integrated practice solutions
- Deliver internal and external customer service excellence through adherence to quality service standards
- Contribute to the development of a budget aligned to operational delivery plans, monitor effectiveness and report on variances
- Identify and implement opportunities for revenue growth in order to deliver on sales targets

Qualifications
- Have a BCom Degree in Finance, Investments or related
- Obtained your RE5, DOFA, FAIS and Class of Business
- Have a minimum of 1 to 3 years Investor Services experience
- Analyse complex data sets
- Thrive in a collaborative environment
