Shona Zambia is expanding, and we are looking for two Investment Analysts to join our growing team.

What You Will Do
As an Investment Analyst, you will play a key role in identifying, assessing, and supporting SME investments. Your responsibilities will include:
- Sourcing and developing new lending opportunities.
- Conducting financial, business, and due diligence assessments for new and existing clients
- Preparing credit recommendations for the Investment Committee.
- Monitoring portfolio performance and key business indicators.
What We Are Looking For
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in lending, banking, or SME financial services.
- A Diploma or Degree in Finance, Banking, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Good financial analysis and credit assessment skills.
- Proven business development and client relationship management skills.
