Key Responsibilities
Maintain accurate inventory records for raw materials, finished goods, and consumables
Monitor stock levels to prevent shortages or excess stock
Conduct regular stock counts and investigate variances
Capture all inventory movements accurately in the system
Prepare inventory reports and reconciliations
Liaise with Procurement, Production, and Warehouse teams to ensure stock availability
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and internal controls
Identify slow-moving or obsolete stock and recommend corrective actions
Assist with audits and provide supporting documentation as required
Maintain clean, organized, and well-controlled stock areas
Minimum Requirements
Matric (Grade 12) ? compulsory
Diploma or Certificate in Supply Chain, Logistics, Inventory Management, or a related field (advantageous)
Minimum of 2?3 years? experience in inventory or stock control, preferably in a manufacturing or warehouse environment
Strong computer literacy (ERP systems and MS Excel essential)
Excellent numerical accuracy and attention to detail
