# Inventory Control Specialist
📍 **Location:** Mansoura, Egypt
### Key Responsibilities:
* Monitor and control all inventory transactions to ensure accurate recording in the system.
* Perform and support periodic, cycle, and annual inventory counts.
* Reconcile physical stock with system records and investigate discrepancies.
* Prepare inventory reports and analyze stock movements.
* Monitor slow-moving, obsolete, and damaged items and recommend corrective actions.
* Coordinate with Purchasing, Sales, Finance, and Warehouse teams to maintain inventory accuracy.
* Ensure compliance with inventory control policies and procedures.
* Support continuous improvement initiatives related to inventory management and warehouse operations.
### Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
* 3–5 years of experience in inventory control, inventory management, or warehouse operations.
* Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
* Experience working with ERP systems and inventory management software is preferred.
* Strong analytical and reporting skills.
* High attention to detail and accuracy.
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
* Good communication and teamwork skills.
