We are looking for an HR Intern (Employee Relations) to join our dynamic team in the world of furniture and Appliance retail – where things move fast, teams are big and people matter a lot. The internship will be based at our Support Office in Johannesburg South.

Candidates will need to have Qualifications in the following Field;

  • Human Resource Management/Behavioral Sciences or IR (HET Degree)

Please note: We are not looking for candidates in any other fields.

Ideal Candidate must have:

  • HET Degree Human Resource Management/ Behavioral Sciences/ ER (Completed)
  • Strong verbal and Written communication skills
  • Code 8: Driver’s License (A must)
  • South African Citizenship

What you’ll be doing:

  • Assisting with employee queries from retail staff, supervisors and managers
  • supporting disciplinary processes, investigations and grievance handling
  • preparing documentation for hearings
  • supporting compliance with labour legislation and company policies

What you will get:

  • Interns will receive a stipend at the rate of R5000.00 per month for a period of 12 months
