Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an International Sales Manager. The primary responsibilities include developing and implementing global sales strategies, building strong relationships with international clients, and identifying new business opportunities in overseas markets. Additional duties involve managing sales teams, overseeing sales operations, crafting performance reports, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to align sales efforts with organizational objectives. The role requires a proactive approach to meeting and exceeding sales targets while adapting to regional and cultural nuances.

Qualifications

  • Sales and Business Development skills, including expertise in international sales, market analysis, and client acquisition
  • Strategic Planning and Negotiation skills to develop and execute sales strategies and close large-scale deals
  • Cross-Cultural Communication and Relationship Management experience to build and maintain effective relationships with international clients and teams
  • Leadership and Team Management skills to guide and motivate sales teams towards achieving objectives
  • Proficiency in CRM Tools, Sales Analytics, and Market Research to optimize sales processes and monitor performance
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a results-driven mindset
  • Flexibility to work across different time zones and travel internationally, as required
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, International Relations, or a related field; MBA is a plus
  • Fluency in multiple languages is advantageous
