KEY OUTPUTS
- Provide an effective after-sales service to customers – deliveries
- Expedite delivery services to customers by;
- Daily pulling reports to update customers on undelivered consignments.
- Following up with clients to obtain correct delivery information where necessary.
- Following up with hubs on problems and challenges experienced regarding undelivered parcels and ensure delivery is made and consistent liaison with customers to update and report on progress.
- Provide an effective after-sales service to customers – collections
- Expedite collection services for customers by:
- Logging collections on customers’ request on their portal and ensure timeous collection:
- Logging collections on behalf of infrequent customers on the CSD portal.
- Following up on non-collections and consistent liaison with customers to update and report on progress
- Daily electronic communication of information to customers that may impact the timeous delivery or collection of consignments, i.e., protest actions, flight delays, hijackings, damages etc.
- Meet with clients upon request or regularly as per their requirements.
- Pro-actively building harmonious and respectful relationships with these key stakeholders.
- Maintain a collaborative relationship with Sales and Customer Services to provide an exceptional end-to-end customer experience.
- Creating and closing off Service Manager cases on Service Manager
Job Type: Part-time

- Cape Town, Western Cape: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

- Drivers license? (Required)
