- 3+5 years experience in sales
- Experience working in FMCG environment
- Proven customer service or internal sales experience

Key Duties:
- Understand customer needs & close sales timeously.
- Ensure timely product delivery.
- Build & maintain customer relationships.
- Provide accurate info on pricing & stock.
- Update customer database.
- Monitor sales & share insights.
- Manage orders, invoicing, & complaints.
- Ensure compliance (COC/COA requests)
- Meet delivery cut-off times.
- Coordinate collections & redeliveries.
- Work well under pressure & multitask
- Ensure all target deadlines are met in a timely and efficient manner
