Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute internal communication strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Create engaging content for internal channels and social media platforms.
- Manage and grow employer branding presence across social media.
- Plan and execute employee engagement activities, campaigns, and events.
- Support leadership communication and company announcements.
- Track engagement metrics and optimize communication strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in Internal Communication, Employer Branding, or Social Media Management.
- Strong content creation, storytelling, and communication skills.
- Experience managing social media platforms professionally.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
