About the Opportunity
Aspire Recruiting is currently partnering with an established organisation based in Bloemfontein to identify an meticulous and forward-thinking Internal Auditor and Accountant.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, maintain, and analyse financial statements and other accounting reports for submission to management.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, payroll, cash management, and inventory monitoring.
- Oversee the stock control process and balance stock between different warehouses by prioritizing and auditing inventory, analysing supplier performance, and tracking sales.
- Develop and implement accounting controls and procedures to improve overall company operations.
- File and remit taxes and manage other financial obligations.
- Initiate and manage financial and accounting software used by the company.
- Generate the company’s financial reports utilising income and expenditure data.
Minimum Qualifications and Requirements
- Education:
BCom Accounting or BCompt Accounting Science Qualification.
- Articles: SAICA or SAIPA Completed Articles are strictly required.
