ABOUT THE ROLE
This internship sits at the intersection of academic operations and student development.
The intern will work closely with the ISL leadership team, contributing to program
delivery, faculty relations, and the English language development of our student cohort.
It is a hands-on role suited to someone who is organised, intellectually curious, and
comfortable operating in a fast-moving academic environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Program management
Support the planning and coordination of ISL programs — tracking deliverables,
preparing session materials, managing schedules, and ensuring smooth day-to-day
operations across the academic calendar.
2. Faculty identification
Research and help identify leading professors, practitioners, and thought leaders whose
expertise aligns with ISL’s curriculum areas. Build and maintain a structured database of
potential faculty and guest speakers.
3. Teaching assistant
Assist in the organisation and facilitation of selected sessions — liaising with faculty
ahead of class, preparing case materials and logistics, and supporting debriefs and
student follow-up.
4. English language coaching
Lead two hours of structured English sessions per week for ISL students, focusing on
professional and academic English: written communication, oral argumentation,
presentation skills, and business vocabulary.
PROFILE
– Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Master’s program from Top
United Kingdom Universities
– Native English speaker or demonstrably near-native proficiency (C2 level
– Strong organisational skills and high attention to detail
– Comfortable in a multicultural, multilingual professional environment
– Prior experience in education, program coordination, or coaching is a plus
