The Role
We’re looking for an Intermediate Developer who gets excited about AI-augmented development and genuinely enjoys working with people. You’ll be working in the office at our Canal Walk location, embedded in client teams using SCRUM methodologies to deliver bespoke software solutions across mobile, web, and desktop platforms.
What You’ll Do
- Collaborate daily with product owners, architects, and fellow developers following our "Rule of Two" team composition
- Leverage AI tools extensively throughout the development lifecycle—from ideation to deployment
- Write clean, well-documented code that your future self (and teammates) will thank you for
- Participate actively in sprint ceremonies, pair programming sessions, and code reviews
- Engage directly with clients and stakeholders, translating technical concepts into plain English
- Focus on the human experience throughout the SDLC—from understanding user needs to delivering intuitive solutions
What We Need From You
- 3-5 years of professional software development experience
- Strong proficiency in at least one modern tech stack (we work across many)
- Demonstrated ability and enthusiasm for using AI tools (GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) to enhance productivity
- Exceptional written and spoken English—you’ll be writing documentation, communicating with clients, and contributing to specifications daily
- An outgoing personality—you enjoy collaboration, aren’t afraid to ask questions, and can explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Deep appreciation for user experience and the human factors that make software truly valuable
- Ability to work in the office at Canal Walk (this is not a remote position)
