We're looking for a technically strong Full-Stack Developer who enjoys solving business problems, modernising legacy processes, and building scalable internal systems that drive operational efficiency.
This is a unique opportunity to become a key internal technology resource, working closely with stakeholders across Risk, Operations, Credit, Finance, and BI to design and deliver business-critical applications and automation solutions.
What you'll be doing:
- Design, develop, and maintain internal business applications and workflow automation tools
- Build end-to-end solutions across frontend, backend, databases, APIs, and integrations
- Modernise legacy Excel, VBA, and SQL-based processes into scalable applications
- Engage directly with business stakeholders to analyse requirements and recommend solutions
- Support systems through deployment, monitoring, troubleshooting, and enhancement
- Apply AI-assisted development tools responsibly to improve productivity and quality
- Maintain documentation, governance standards, and system continuity processes
- Contribute to continuous improvement and technology innovation across the business
What we're looking for:
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years' software development experience
- Experience building internal business systems, workflow automation platforms, or operational applications
- Strong full-stack development capability with experience across frontend and backend technologies
- Experience with modern frameworks such as Python, Django, Flask, .NET, Node.js, React, Vue, Angular, or similar
- Strong SQL and relational database experience
- Solid understanding of APIs, authentication, deployment, version control (Git/GitHub), and production support
- Experience within financial services, fintech, lending, insurance, or another data-driven environment would be advantageous
- Exposure to AI-assisted development tools and legacy modernisation would be highly beneficial
