Role Description The Interior Architect role at KEYSTONE CONSTRUCTIONS is a full-time, on-site position based in Cairo, Egypt. The Interior Architect will be responsible for developing interior concepts, preparing design proposals, and creating detailed drawings and specifications that align with project requirements and brand standards. Day-to-day tasks include space planning, coordination of interior fit-out details, material and finish selection, and collaboration with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure design integrity during construction. The role also involves reviewing shop drawings, conducting site visits to monitor progress and quality, and adjusting designs as needed to meet budget, timeline, and safety standards. The Interior Architect will participate in client meetings, present design ideas, and ensure that all interior spaces are functional, visually cohesive, and aligned with KEYSTONE’s design philosophy.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Interior Architecture and Interior Design, with the ability to integrate aesthetics, functionality, and technical requirements.
  • Proficiency in Architecture and Interior Fit-out, including coordination of finishes, details, and construction documentation.
  • Demonstrated capability in Space Planning, optimizing layouts for comfort, usability, and compliance with relevant standards.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Interior Architecture, Architecture, Interior Design is a must.
  • Experience using design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3D visualization tools) and familiarity with building codes and regulations.
  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and clients.
  • Previous experience in residential, commercial, or luxury interior projects is an advantage.
  • 1-2 years experience.
