MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB

To receive, log and coordinate transfers from one place to another. This could be emergent or non-emergent.

KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS

Coordinate inter-facility transfer process

Provide basic contact centre administration

REQUIRED EDUCATION

ESSENTIAL

EDUCATION:

Grade 12

DESIRED

EDUCATION:

BAA/ Level 3 first aid

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

ESSENTIAL

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE:

1-year experience as a Contact Centre Agent or ERO

DESIRED

EXPERIENCE:

1-year experience in an Inter Facility Department,
Hospital Administration or Medical Scheme

REQUIRED JOB SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

  • Knowledge and application of Emergency Care
  • Knowledge of Funder Scheme rules
  • Competence in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Telephonic and email etiquette
  • Demonstrate sound knowledge of the Assistance/EMS environment
  • Demonstrate sound knowledge and competence in the CAD system
