The person will manage API IN and API OUT processes, control supplier integrations, monitor API performance, coordinate technical issue resolution, and make sure every integration is properly tested, activated, monitored and commercially usable.
Main responsibilities include:
- Manage API IN and API OUT integration processes.
- Coordinate supplier onboarding and integration readiness.
- Review supplier performance from both technical and business angles.
- Monitor response time, timeout rate, success rate, inventory quality and booking flow stability.
- Compare API inventory with supplier platform inventory where needed.
- Identify which suppliers are strong, weak, risky, or suitable only with limitations.
- Ensure suppliers are ready for internal usage, packages, quotation, profit tools and API OUT distribution.
- Manage API OUT monitoring, reporting, issue tracking and escalation.
- Coordinate between developers, supervisors, sales/product teams and management.
- Make sure technical issues are translated into clear business impact.
- Ensure every issue has owner, status, priority, root cause, action plan and final resolution.
- Support decisions on whether suppliers should be activated, limited, corrected, suspended or moved to API OUT.
- Maintain structured reports, trackers and process discipline.
Requirements:
- Experience in travel technology, OTA, DMC, bedbanks, hotel suppliers, B2B booking platforms or similar.
- Understanding of hotel API flows: availability, prebook, booking, cancellation and supplier confirmation.
- Ability to read dashboards, logs, error trends and performance metrics.
- Ability to understand how technical issues affect business results, sales, conversion and partner satisfaction.
- Strong coordination skills between technical, product, sales and supplier sides.
- Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills.
- Good English communication.
- Ability to manage follow-up, reporting and escalation.
- Ability to work under pressure while keeping process and structure.
Best fit:
Someone who is between technology and business — able to understand API logic, supplier performance, inventory quality, booking risks and commercial impact.
