Role Description:
The Insurance Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo, Egypt. This role oversees daily insurance operations, including reviewing and processing claims, verifying policy coverage, and ensuring compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements. The Insurance Supervisor leads and supports the insurance team by assigning tasks, monitoring performance, resolving complex customer issues, and providing coaching and guidance. The position involves analyzing insurance data and reports to identify trends, improve processes, and enhance service quality. The Insurance Supervisor collaborates with other departments to streamline workflows, maintain accurate documentation, and deliver a consistent and positive customer experience.
Qualifications:
- Candidates should possess strong supervisory skills, including team leadership, performance management, and staff coaching.
- Candidates should possess solid insurance knowledge, including policy interpretation, claims handling, and compliance with relevant regulations.
- Candidates should possess excellent communication and customer service skills to interact effectively with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess strong analytical skills to review data, identify issues, and recommend process improvements.
- Relevant bachelor’s degree in business, finance, insurance, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in insurance operations or claims management, ideally in a supervisory or team lead role.
- Proficiency in MS Office and insurance management systems, with attention to accuracy and detail.
- Ability to work on-site in Cairo, Egypt, with strong organizational skills and a focus on ethical, inclusive practices.
