Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Insurance Sales Agent, based in Nairobi County, Kenya. The Insurance Sales Agent will be responsible for selling insurance products, building and maintaining client relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additional responsibilities include assessing clients' insurance needs, providing tailored solutions, generating leads, and collaborating with the broader sales, marketing, and client service team to achieve sales targets. The role requires proactive communication, a customer-focused approach, and a deep understanding of the insurance industry.
NOTE: This opportunity is purely commission based not to limit individual's earning potential.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Insurance Sales and Sales strategies
- Knowledge and experience in Insurance and Insurance Brokerage industries
- Strong Customer Service skills with a focus on client satisfaction
- Ability to build relationships and demonstrate effective communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field is an advantage
- Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets and persevere in a dynamic environment
- Previous experience in the insurance or financial services industries is highly desirable
