SKY Insurance Brokerage is a licensed insurance brokerage firm dedicated to providing top-tier insurance solutions. We are currently seeking a high-caliber Sales Manager with a proven track record to lead our sales force and drive business growth in the Egyptian market.
Key Responsibilities:
– Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing team of insurance brokers/agents.
– Sales Strategy: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed monthly and annual targets.
– Business Development: Identify and acquire new corporate and individual accounts across various insurance lines (Medical, Motor, Life, and P&C).
– Performance Management: Monitor team KPIs, provide regular feedback, and implement motivational schemes.
– Compliance: Ensure all sales activities strictly adhere to the Financial Regulatory Authority (FRA) regulations and company policies.
—-Requirements & Qualifications:
- Must be a Registered Insurance Broker with a valid license from the Financial Regulatory Authority (FRA).
- A minimum of [5-7] years of experience in the Egyptian insurance industry, with at least [2-3] years in a managerial or supervisory role.
- Deep understanding of the Egyptian insurance market, products, and competitor offerings.
– Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and communication skills. Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or any relevant field.
