- Minimum 6 months insurance or call centre experience
- Excellent communication and sales skills
- Ability to speak different languages will be an advantage
- Discovery experience will be an advantage
- Target driven and self-motivated
- Basic computer skills
Responsibilities:
- Contact clients and offer insurance products and services
- Explain policy benefits and coverage to customers
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
- Maintain excellent customer service standards
- Capture customer information accurately
- Follow compliance and company procedures
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
