Career Concepts is recruiting hardworking Insulation Technicians to assist with installing fiberglass insulation on commercial projects in the Gallatin Valley and Big Sky area. This is a hands-on role with steady hours, overtime potential, and the opportunity to be hired permanently after the trial period.
What You’ll Do:
- Install fiberglass insulation on job sites
- Work with a small team and follow daily project plans
- Travel to various job locations (must have reliable transportation)
Requirements:
- Strong work ethic & dependability
- Construction experience is a bonus
- Must be comfortable with physical labor and job site conditions
- 21+ preferred
Schedule & Pay:
- Monday–Friday, starting at 6 AM
- $23/hr ($25/hr for drivers with a clean driving record) + OT opportunities
- All PPE provided
