Institutional Researcher and BI Analyst (AD07) Jobs in Braamfontein at University Of The Witwatersrand
Key Responsibilities:
•Conduct research (qualitative/quantitative) and institutional survey studies as per the action plan of the Unit
•Carry out the development of research protocols, data gathering and analysis and report writing in response to specific research questions and specific projects
•Compile reports for management and other stakeholders
•Liaise with different stakeholders within and outside the University
•Present research findings to University Management and other stakeholders
•Quality assurance of all data inputs and outputs
•Mentoring and training of internal staff and BIS clients/users
Requirements:
•The successful applicant must have a Master’s degree in a relevant field
•3 years’ experience in the University Industry or Higher Education is preferred; with at least 3 years work experience including research
•Good report writing skills including compilation of management reports
•Experience in conceptualising and conducting different survey studies, including development of research instruments, data collection, data analysis, and dissemination of final results
•Extensive knowledge of statistical analysis, research methodologies, data analytics and quality assurance
