About Us We’re an active land flipping company and real estate education brand. Our course, the Land Closers Blueprint, teaches people how to flip vacant land using SMS marketing. Our instructor has completed 75+ real deals — this is not a theory-based program.
The Role We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented DM Setter to manage outreach and inbound conversations on our Instagram account. Your job is to engage followers, qualify interested leads, and direct them to our application page. You are not closing sales — you are starting conversations and moving the right people to the next step.
What You’ll Do
- Send cold outreach DMs to followers and engagers (100+/day)
- Reply to story views and post comments via DM
- Handle inbound messages from people asking about land investing or the course
- Qualify leads using a provided checklist before sending the application link
- Log every conversation in a tracking sheet daily
- Follow up on warm leads within 48 hours
- Flag hot leads or issues to the team immediately
What We’re Looking For
- Strong written communication — natural, conversational, no corporate speak
- Organized and consistent — you will be expected to track every conversation
- Comfortable working independently with clear guidelines
- Prior experience with Instagram DMs, sales, or lead gen is a plus
- Real estate knowledge is NOT required — we will train you on everything

- Remote, flexible hours (must cover at least one structured shift daily)
- Part-time to start, with potential to grow
- Paid per hour or per qualified lead sent — TBD based on experience
Pay: R8 000,00 – R15 000,00 per month
