Inside Sales & Product Estimator
Location: Columbus / Dublin, OH
Full-Time | In Office
We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Inside Sales & Product Estimator to join our growing signage and print team. This position combines customer service, inside sales, estimating, and project coordination responsibilities within a fast-paced production environment.
The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, customer-focused, and able to manage multiple projects while maintaining strong attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
- Build estimates for signage, printing, graphics, and installation projects
- Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, and in person
- Follow up on outstanding quotes and sales opportunities
- Assist customers with product selection and project specifications
- Coordinate artwork, proofs, deposits, and production information
- Communicate with design, production, and installation teams
- Track project progress and maintain accurate records
- Learn products, materials, production methods, and pricing structures
- Support sales growth and help drive projects from inquiry to production
Qualifications:
- 2+ years inside sales, estimating, customer service, or project coordination experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
- Strong computer and mathematical skills
- Professional phone and email communication
- Sign or print industry experience preferred but not required
