Job Overview
We are seeking a qualified and professional IV Therapy Nurse to join our wellness spa team. The ideal candidate is passionate about health, wellness, and client care, and experienced in administering intravenous treatments in a safe, professional environment.
This role involves delivering IV vitamin infusions while providing exceptional client service in a calm and luxurious spa setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer IV vitamin therapy and wellness infusions according to established protocols
- Perform client assessments and obtain medical history prior to treatments
- Monitor clients during IV therapy and ensure safety at all times
- Maintain accurate treatment records and documentation
- Ensure strict hygiene and infection control standards
- Educate clients about IV therapy benefits and aftercare
- Maintain stock and assist with ordering medical supplies
- Work closely with spa management to ensure a premium client experience
Requirements
- Registered Nurse qualification
- Valid registration with the South African Nursing Council (SANC)
- IV cannulation experience and strong clinical skills
- Professional, well-presented, and client-focused
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a wellness/spa environment
Advantageous
- Experience with IV Vitamin Therapy
- Background in aesthetic, wellness, or anti-aging clinics
- Knowledge of wellness and preventative health treatments
