Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gaborone for an Information Technology Support Technician. The role involves providing technical support, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, supporting desktop computers and printers, conducting computer repairs, and ensuring efficient IT operations. The Technician will also assist in maintaining and improving IT systems to support organizational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Technical Support and Troubleshooting to address IT-related issues effectively
- Experience in supporting Desktop Computers and Printer Support operations
- Skills in Computer Repair, including diagnosing and resolving hardware problems
- Strong problem-solving abilities and excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an on-site setting
- A diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- Previous experience in IT support roles is advantage.
- Certification in any of the following will be welcomed: A+, MCSE ,CCNA,CISCO
