Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Tunis for an Information Technology Specialist. The role involves managing and maintaining network infrastructure, ensuring the security of IT systems, conducting troubleshooting to resolve technical issues, and providing excellent customer service. The specialist will be responsible for setting up, configuring, and monitoring IT systems to maintain optimal performance.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Network Administration and Information Technology
- Proficiency in diagnosing and Troubleshooting technical issues
- Knowledge of Network Security and proactive measures to safeguard systems
- Effective Customer Service skills to support end-users and resolve their technical concerns
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure
- Relevant certifications like CCNA, CompTIA Network+, or equivalent are a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
