Title: Information Technology Project Manager (Core Banking)

Schedule: Sunday to Thursday (9 am – 5 pm)
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project delivery across Temenos core banking platform
- Manage project scope, timelines, budget, resources, and deliverables
- Drive system implementation, integration, migration, and rollout activities
- Coordinate with business, IT, vendors, and third-party providers
- Own stakeholder engagement, including senior bank leadership and external partners
- Ensure effective risk, issue, and dependency management
- Oversee solution delivery across APIs, middleware, and legacy integrations
- Support testing, UAT, and production deployment cycles
- Ensure compliance with banking regulations, security, and audit requirements
- Drive execution within Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid environments
Required: Core Banking (Temenos)
Strong experience in:
- Temenos Transact (T24), Infinity, or related modules
- Core banking implementation, upgrades, or transformation programs
- Product configuration, interfaces, and data migration
- Integration with surrounding banking systems (payments, channels, reporting)
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 5–10+ years of experience in project management within banking or fintech
- Proven track record delivering complex system implementations
- Experience with Core Banking Project (Temenos)
- Strong technical understanding of banking architecture and integrations
- Experience managing cross-functional and vendor-driven projects
Tools & Methodologies
- Proficiency with JIRA, MS Project, Azure DevOps, ALM, or similar tools
- Strong command of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery models
- Experience with project tracking, reporting, and governance
