Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Mauritius for an Information Technology Administrator. The IT Administrator will oversee and maintain the organization's IT infrastructure, including systems, networks, and hardware. Day-to-day tasks include providing technical support to staff, managing network and system administration, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring all IT systems function smoothly to support hotel operations.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Technical Support, troubleshooting IT-related issues, and assisting end-users with technical challenges.
- Experience in Network Administration, including managing routers, switches, firewalls, and ensuring network security.
- Competence in System Administration, with skills in maintaining servers, operating systems, and software updates.
- Strong understanding and experience in the Information Technology field.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Experience in the hospitality or tourism industry is an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
