Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Industrial Sewer to join our dynamic production team. In this role, you will be responsible for sewing and assembling fabric components with precision and efficiency, ensuring our products meet strict quality standards. Your expertise will contribute directly to the creation of durable, well-crafted textile products that uphold our reputation for excellence.
Responsibilities
- Operate sewing machines to assemble fabric pieces according to design specifications and quality standards
- Perform seam construction and garment sewing with accuracy and consistency
- Handle materials carefully, ensuring proper storage, handling, and movement within the production area
- Conduct manual cutting of fabrics to prepare pieces for sewing, maintaining precise measurements
- Follow safety standards in production to maintain a safe working environment for all team members
- Monitor dimensional measurements during sewing and assembly to ensure product accuracy
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, adhering to manufacturing best practices
Qualifications
- Experience in garment sewing, fabric cutting, or related manufacturing roles preferred
- Knowledge of quality standards in production and safety protocols essential
- Familiarity with sewing machines and machine operation required
- Ability to handle materials efficiently within a warehouse or manufacturing setting
- Strong understanding of seam construction, garment construction, and sewing techniques
- Attention to detail in dimensional measurements and quality control processes
- Prior warehouse experience is a plus but not mandatory
