YOUR CHALLENGE
As a Technical Recruiter, you will play a key role in supporting the growth of our clients across the Renewable Energy, Water Treatment, Environmental, and Industrial sectors.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Managing the full recruitment lifecycle for technical and engineering positions
•Sourcing and attracting qualified candidates.
• Developing innovative sourcing strategies through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, networking, and referrals.
• Conducting candidate screenings and competency-based interviews.
• Assessing technical and behavioral fit with client requirements.
• Building and maintaining strong talent pipelines across the US market.
• Partnering closely with hiring managers and business leaders to understand workforce needs
• Monitoring recruitment KPIs and ensuring an excellent candidate experience.
• Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within the recruitment process.
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU
• 3+ years of recruitment experience in international recruitment or industrial sectors.
• Strong understanding of technical and engineering profiles.
• Proven experience sourcing passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruitment channels.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong organizational and reporting skills
• Professional level of English
