LS Industries is looking for a versatile and tech savvy applicant with industrial/product design background with technical knowledge in CNC and 3D printing.
The position is for a CNC product specialist/consultant.
If you able to fix/troubleshoot any broken appliance in your house. This might be the job for you.
We specialize in UX and technical support of desktop CNC machines produced by Makera.
The applicant needs to understand the inner workings of these machines (hardware and software) to be able to assist customers on how to use and fix their machines. Good communication skills are crucial and experience in tech support is a plus. Training will be supplied.
The applicant will be able to use the machines in the makerspace to make creative example projects for content creation so filming and manufacturing experience will count in your favor.
The applicant may also be required to work adjusted hours if needed. Hybrid opportunities available.
Basic requirements:
- Diploma or degree in Industrial design.
- 3D modeling experience.
- CAD experience.
- CAM experience
- 3D printing experience.
- CNC machining experience.
- Product design experience.
- Material knowledge.
- PCB design experience is a bonus.
Salary expectations: +-20k pm
