Role Description
This is a freelance remote role for a Sales Specialist. The Freelance Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating sales leads, managing client accounts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role involves actively promoting magazine advertising and partnership opportunities, offering tailored solutions to meet client needs, and maintaining strong client relationships. Compensation Structure
This role operates on a commission-based remuneration model, designed to reward performance and sales success.
- The Independent Sales Specialist will earn commission on all confirmed advertising and partnership sales secured directly by them.
- Commission is calculated as a percentage of revenue generated from each sale concluded and paid by the client.
- Commission becomes payable once the client payment has been received in full by Ignited Woman Magazine.
- Detailed commission percentages and any category-specific rates (e.g., print ads, digital ads, partnerships, sponsorships) will be outlined in the Sales Commission Schedule, which forms part of this agreement.
