Base pay starts at $1,200/month and may be higher based on experience and performance. In addition, this role includes performance incentives and quarterly bonuses. Top performers can reach $2,500+ based on results.

Work Schedule:  Monday to Friday, Shifts (CST): Candidates may indicate preference

  • 7:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. CST
  • 9:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. CST
  • 2:00 p.m. – 10:30 p.m. CST

Position Overview:

We’re hiring personable and engaging Inbound Sales & Support Specialists who can hold smooth, natural conversations with customers and confidently guide calls toward a booked appointment and membership upsell. This is a conversion-focused inbound sales role, not a script-heavy customer service position. You’ll need to think on your feet, keep customers engaged, and move conversations toward a clear next step. You’ll handle inbound calls related to plumbing services, often from customers dealing with stressful home situations. Empathy, calm under pressure, and strong conversational flow are key to success. You’ll work closely with a U.S.-based team, maintain accurate CRM notes, and contribute to improving conversion rates through strong communication and follow-through.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer inbound calls with a warm, natural, conversational tone
  • Convert inquiries into booked appointments
  • Confidently upsell memberships and handle objections
  • De-escalate frustrated callers and guide conversations toward solutions
  • Keep CRM notes accurate and up to date
  • Resolve as much as possible without escalation
  • Support promotions and sales campaigns

Qualifications:

  • Excellent spoken English with strong phone presence (clear, natural, engaging)
  • Conversational sellers who can guide calls without rigid scripts
  • Comfortable handling objections and closing
  • Calm, empathetic communicator in high-stress customer situations
  • Organized, reliable, and consistent with follow-through
  • 1–2 years in sales, customer support, or call-based roles (preferred)

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience in home services or appointment booking
  • ServiceTitan or similar CRM
  • Spanish proficiency
