Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Cape Town for an Inbound Reservations Specialist. The role involves managing trade and direct reservation inquiries, coordinating flight bookings, and delivering exceptional customer service to guests. Additional day-to-day responsibilities include providing comprehensive information about tours and services, assisting with sales inquiries, and supporting the team in ensuring a seamless guest experience. This position requires you to act as a knowledgeable liaison between guests and the operations team, ensuring satisfaction throughout the reservation process.
Qualifications
- Strong skills and proven experience in Reservations and Sales
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service abilities to engage with clients professionally and personably
- Ability and willingness to assist with Training and continuous learning to enhance individual and team performance
- Detail-oriented with organisational skills to manage multiple bookings efficiently
- Proficiency in reservation systems or related software is an advantage
- Experience in aviation, tourism, or hospitality industries is a plus
- Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment at times requiring additional operational support
- An individual with initiative and self-motivation to be part of a growing and energetic team
