- To respond to customer inquiries and concerns in line with established procedures while promoting a positive image of the Bank.
- Reply to customer calls in a courteous manner in line with established procedures and guidelines.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide a satisfactory response and information.
- Respond to customer complaints in a courteous manner and refer appropriately.
- Record call information and logs so that accurate contact history is maintained for all customers.
- Follow-up required actions and ensure they are completed in line with established guidelines.
- Promptly report any issues requiring attention from direct supervisors.
Qualifications:
- 0-1 years of experience in a call center environment.
- Strong computer skills.
- Interpersonal and communication Skills.
- Stress tolerance
- Flexibility
- Good English Proficiency
