In this role, you will engage with new and returning customers, introduce a variety of products, and help people find exactly what they need. You’ll build meaningful connections, contribute to a positive store atmosphere, and represent our brand with confidence and enthusiasm.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome customers and build strong, friendly connections

• Present and explain different products in a clear, engaging way

• Guide customers toward items that match their needs and preferences

• Maintain an inviting and organized store environment

• Achieve weekly and monthly performance targets

• Participate in ongoing training sessions to improve sales and communication skills

• Contribute ideas to help improve customer experience and store performance

Required Qualifications

• Passed matric certificate or NQF level 4 Umalusi certificate

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• SA ID/ valid work permit

• Age 18-32

• Ability to engage with a wide range of customers

• Confidence in presenting products and initiating conversations

• Motivation to work toward goals and achieve targets

• Willingness to learn and participate in continuous training.
