About Madison Permanent Lighting
Madison Permanent Lighting installs premium permanent outdoor lighting systems that give homeowners year-round curb appeal, custom holiday displays, and everyday accent lighting — all controlled from their phone, with no ladders or seasonal takedown ever again. We’re growing fast, and we’re looking for a closer to join our in-home sales team.
Why this role is different
Forget cold calling and chasing your own leads. We provide warm, pre-scheduled appointments with homeowners who have already raised their hand and want to see what we offer. Your job is to show up, run a great in-home presentation, and close. Our average rep earns $90,000–$130,000 per year.
What you’ll do
- Run pre-set, in-home appointments with interested homeowners (no door-knocking to generate your own leads)
- Deliver engaging product demonstrations and design lighting solutions tailored to each home
- Build trust quickly, handle objections, and close the sale
- Accurately track appointments, quotes, and follow-ups
- Represent the Madison Permanent Lighting brand with professionalism
What we’re looking for
- Sales experience of any kind — cars, retail, solar, home services, B2B, you name it. If you know how to sell, we want to talk.
- A track record of hitting and exceeding goals
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, coachable, and competitive
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
- Comfortable with some evening and weekend appointments (when homeowners are available)
