Seagate Express is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Import Operations & Pricing Executive to join our growing freight forwarding team.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Handle import shipment operations from pre-alert until final delivery
• Prepare and manage freight quotations and pricing requests
• Coordinate with shipping lines, overseas agents, transporters, customs brokers, and customers
• Follow up on vessel schedules, arrival notices, shipping documents, and shipment status.
🔹 Requirements:
• 3–5 years of experience in freight forwarding and import operations
• Good knowledge of ocean freight procedures, import documentation, and clearance process
• Experience in pricing and rate negotiations is preferred
• Good command of English
