ICT SUPPORT TECHNICIAN DUTIES
Employee shall perform the following job specific duties:
- Provide First Line and Second Line Support for all ICT related incidents as experienced by the client staff
- Diagnose, debug and resolve end-user technical problems via helpdesk ticket system, email, phone or in person
- Ensure problems and issues are systematically tracked, escalated accordingly and followed up on in a timely manner
- Collaborate with colleagues while working on short-term and long-term ICT projects
- Assist in the provisioning of User Accounts, Computer Accounts on Line of Business Systems as required by the client
- Identify and escalate incidents requiring urgent attention to Systems Administrator and Network Administrator
- Install, configure and manage software and their functions according to specifications
- Maintain records/logs of repairs and fixes
- Maintain hardware and software inventory
- Update calls on the helpdesk system as required by Service Level Agreement
- Other ICT Support tasks designated by supervisor
REQUIREMENTS
- MATRIC CERTIFICATE
- COMPTIA A+
- COMPTIA N+
- DRIVER’S LICENSE
- 2+ years’ WORK EXPERIENCE
MOBILITY
- Position involves a lot of travel with Own Reliable Vehicle
