1. SITE MANAGER (1 POSITION)Minimum Requirements:
- Grade 12 (Matric).
- Minimum of five (05) years’ supervisory experience in hygiene and cleaning services.
- Proven experience managing large cleaning or hygiene contracts.
- Good communication and leadership skills.
- Computer literacy and report writing skills.
- Knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety legislation.
- Valid driver’s licence will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Overall management of the hygiene contract.
- Liaison with the client.
- Management of supervisors and operational staff.
- Performance management.
- Quality assurance.
- Resource planning and allocation.
- Incident and complaint management.
- Preparation of monthly reports.
- Health and safety compliance.
- Continuous improvement initiatives.
2. SITE SUPERVISOR (1 POSITION)Minimum Requirements:
- Grade 12.
- Minimum of three (03) years’ supervisory experience in hygiene and cleaning services.
- Knowledge of hygiene equipment and consumables.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage teams effectively.
- Computer literacy will be advantageous.
Key Responsibilities:
- Daily supervision of operational staff.
- Staff attendance monitoring.
- Work allocation and inspections.
- Consumable stock monitoring.
- Equipment inspections.
- Quality control.
- Client liaison.
- Incident reporting.
- Health and safety monitoring.
3. HYGIENE OPERATORS (9 POSITIONS)One Dedicated Hygiene Operator Per FloorMinimum Requirements:
- Grade 10 or Grade 12.
- Minimum of two (02) years’ experience in cleaning and hygiene services.
- Experience working in commercial buildings or office environments.
- Good communication skills.
- Physically fit and able to perform cleaning duties.
- Willingness to work flexible hours if required.
- Hygiene-related training certificate will be advantageous.
Key Responsibilities:
- Daily inspection of hygiene equipment.
- Replenishment of consumables.
- Cleaning and sanitising hygiene dispensers.
- Maintaining ablution facilities.
- Reporting faulty equipment.
- Assisting with deep cleaning activities.
- Maintaining hygiene standards.
- Following health and safety procedures.
- Completing operational checklists.
4. JUNIOR HYGIENE OPERATORS (4 POSITIONS)Minimum Requirements:
- Grade 10 or Grade 12.
- Hygiene-related training certificate.
- Minimum of one to two years’ experience in cleaning and hygiene services.
- Knowledge of hygiene chemicals and cleaning procedures.
- Good customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support hygiene operations.
- Assist with replenishment of consumables.
- Cleaning and sanitising dispensers.
- Deep cleaning support.
- Waste management.
- PPE compliance.
- Daily inspections.
- Emergency response support.

- Weekly she-bin servicing.
- Sanitary waste collection.
- Bin sanitisation.
- Liner replacement.

7. HYGIENE EQUIPMENT TECHNICIAN (1 POSITION)Minimum Requirements:
- Minimum three years’ experience maintaining hygiene equipment.
- Mechanical aptitude.
- Experience with dispenser installation and maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install hygiene equipment.
- Preventative maintenance.
- Equipment repairs.
- Equipment replacement.
- Emergency breakdown response.
- Maintain maintenance records.
