R 40 000 – R 50 000 We are looking for an experienced HVAC Site Manager (Technical) to manage HVAC projects from planning through to completion and handover. The role involves overseeing site operations, teams, budgets, timelines, and subcontractors while ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and technical standards in specialised environments.
Minimum requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years’ experience in HVAC / bio-containment projects
  • Experience in a medical laboratory or similar technical environment
  • Proven project management experience (planning, execution, delivery)
  • Experience in budget control and cost management
  • Experience supervising site teams and subcontractors
  • Must be willing and able to travel out of country
